Our Tapas Tours

tapas avatarFood & wine tours have become increasingly popular over the past few years, with more and more people wanting authentic food experiences while visiting new countries. We believe that food and culture are inseparable and we also understand the difficulties people might face when they first encounter Spanish cuisine, including tapas bar etiquette.

The main focus of our food and wine tours is to create a fun and unforgettable experience by taking our guests to bars they probably wouldn’t have found on their own, and getting them to try dishes they might not have ever considered ordering. Getting people out of their comfort zone but in a comfortable way. But mostly it’s all about having a truly enjoyable time out with like-minded people while taking in some of the city’s most beautiful sights along the way. We make it all less intimidating, introduce you to bar owners and basically show you how to have a great time on your own during the rest of your stay.

Our concept is to keep our tours short and sweet (usually 2.5 – 3.5 hours) and affordable. Our groups are kept small, from 2 to 8 people, so you never feel like you’re in a Group of Tourists. The bars we have chosen all belong to someone – no chains, no impersonal staff, no mediocre re-heated food – so you can enjoy having tapas just like we do (and we live here!). And by tapas we mean you get full tapas, not just samples or “bites”. We recommend taking the tour at the beginning of your visit as this will set you up for going out for tapas on your own during the rest of your stay.
